Do you expect any new stores and if yes, which ones?

Yes, as you yourself have noticed or will see for yourself after visiting us, there are still empty premises. They are intended for sports shop, shoe shop and "do-it-yourself" type. The first two should be ready and open no later than the beginning of September 2024.

Is there any direct access between the Kaufland store parking lot and Vidin Plaza retail park by car and on foot?

Yes, both options are possible. You can cross and move your vehicle from one parking lot to the other without having to go out onto Pannonia Blvd., which is also possible on foot.

Is the parking lot free of charge?

Parking is free for customers.

Are there enough parking spaces at Vidin Plaza retail park?

Yes, accessibility is of particular importance to us. Therefore, it is a priority for us to provide sufficient parking spaces. You will also find specially designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.

What should I do if I lose something at Vidin Plaza retail park, such as mobile phone or a purse?

There is a good chance that your lost items will be found. Please note that there is no manager on site at the complex and you should contact the staff at the stores where you shopped. It is best to leave your contact details and they will contact you as soon as they find the lost item.
